Will abdominal vaser lipo give me a flat stomach?

Question

I've had several tummy tuck consultations and all surgeons recommend a tummy tuck with vaser lipo. What if I only did vaser lipo of the abdominal, what results should I anticipate? My stomach is the size of someone who is 4 months pregnant. Not too much extra skin just a bulge. I know lipo will not give me the results a tummy tuck will but I want to see if there are any alternatives. I'm 5'6 125lbs overall thin. I'm not so concerned with the extra skin just want to remove the bulge.

There are three types of #Vaser Lipo. Each benefit patients differently depending on their needs. Vaser Lipo  is capable of removing fat from resilient areas providing a smoother and slimmer results. It is common for reducing love handles, extra skin along the bra line or flanks on many female patients. Additionally, it is often applied to the reduction of male breast surgeries, called gynecomastia surgery. Meanwhile, Vaser Hi-Def  targets both deep and superficial fat cells which is found around muscle tissue. This is suggested to tone and defined rather than reduce fat when not necessary. Finally, Vaser #4D, although similar to Vaser Hi-Def  works with the existing muscle tissue and physique. However, it results in more natural appearing definition to those areas, being treated. Vaser 4D is often applied to treating abdominal region to improve definition.  Additionally, it's not uncommon for Vaser Liposuction to combined with fat transfer which removes and transfers fat to another area of the body. It is usually recommended that patients who have recently experienced weight loss and massive weight loss (#MWL) remain consistent at their weight for at least six to twelve months prior any cosmetic surgery. Such will better ensure longer lasting results of the procedure without risking the fluctuation and stretching of the skin tissue. Weight gain and pregnancies following Vaser may affect the long-term results. 
It's best to begin consulting with a board certified plastic surgery to learn if you are a candidate for liposuction. If so, you will then learn more about which #technique will work best for you and your goals. It is important you select a plastic surgeon who is #board-certified and has a great deal of experience with #vaser #liposuction. Aside from checking board-certification, it is suggested that you look at before and after photos of the surgeons actual patients, and read patient reviews. Gathering all of this information will help you make a well-informed decision. Always discuss your issues and concerns with the Plastic Surgeon during and following your consultation. Just about every one would rather just have lipo as opposed to a tummy tuck.  However this is just not reality. Lipo to the abdomen will improve small local fatty deposits of the belly in people with good quality skin. If the belly is too protuberant or the skin is of questionable quality, liposuction will only change the problem.  The result will be an abdomen with irregular skin contours, rippling and skin excess.  In these cases, a tummy tuck is the way to go.  Having said that, if you are dead set in trying the results of lipo alone, you may very well do this. Just understand that a tummy tuck may be the only way to improve the results if you are not happy with the results of the lipo.
