My breasts are too soft. Any suggestions?

I'm a 22 year old woman and my breasts are too soft. I am about 100lbs and a 30C. I've always wanted smaller breasts, but the size of my breasts is not the main issue. When I lie on my back, my breasts completely flatten, and when I lie on my side they look deflated and just collapse. I feel like my breasts have a disproportionate fat to breast tissue ratio, and was wondering what my options are surgically. I'd like to avoid implants, but am open to the idea if there are no other options.

Unfortunately, the only option to adding firmness to the breasts is implants or a breast lift. This will give your breasts better shape, especially when lying down.

It sounds as though you may have excess skin which is allowing the breasts to fall to the side and you may benefit from a lift.  While implants could add some firmness to the breasts, you have stated that you've always wanted smaller breasts and implants would just make your breasts larger unless some of your breast tissue is removed.  But I really feel as though implants may not be the right option for you based on your desire for smaller breasts.  Pictures could help answer your question but a physical exam in person would be the most helpful.  Make sure to seek out a board certified plastic surgeon for your consultation.  Best of luck!

Dear jessicaa888In cases like yours, there are generally 4 options. Breast augmentation, breast lift, breast lift and augmentation together and lastly addition of fat grafting to enhance volume without an implant. You should see 2 or 3 plastic surgeons to get a better idea of options in your case and make a well informed decisoin.

Hi... thank you for the question... i suggest you to go with small implants to fill the upper pole, because with the breast lift tissue is remove and tend to leave with no long time upper pole flat.
