Want my very uneven and big areolas sorted. I want even and fuller breasts? (Photos)

I have really uneven breasts and I'm not happy with the size of the areolas, am I eligable for a boob job and a areolas reduction? Also I have stretch marks from puberty, will these look worse? I'm a C cup, only thinking of going up a size to give it a fuller effect
