Skin folds, lumps and uneven result 7 weeks post gynecomastia surgery. Opinion? (photos)

Hi, I can see the concerns you have at this stage. You might require revision at a later stage but you need to wait at least 6 months to allow everything to settle down. 
You had what sounds like a significant reduction in volume and your skin will take time to retract. You will need to see what degree of retraction you achieve. Unevenness and lumpiness are again very common and to be expected at this stage - these will also take a few months to resolve.
It may be worth an early review with your surgeon to let them know about your concerns.

It looks as though you have had inadequate tissue removal on the right and too much removed on the left. I would suggest vigorous massage on both sides. When both are soft, a better determination can be made for a revision. At this time it looks like further liposuction on the right would be sufficient. If areas of depression exist on the left, fat injections may prove helpful.

Gynecomastia correction takes various forms depending its the extent. It may range from a simple glandular excision to a complete reduction of the skin / soft tissue envelope as well. In your situation, it appears that you underwent a glandular excision at the nipple-areolar complex margin. There appears to be significant residual swelling present with skin surface irregulaity as well. 
After a procedure of this magnitude, swelling and skin irregularity will initially cloud the operative result. After skin and soft tissue remodeling occurs, the tissues should soften and flatten. Some surgeons employ ultrasound or radio frequency generators to hasten resolution of the swelling. After subsidence (6-12 months), one can then determine if skin redraping has been sufficient or if skin excision is necessary.
I recommend that you express your concerns to your plastic surgeon.
