Hello, I am 7 weeks post surgery and have a very uneven result with lumps, skin folds and what looks like scars (even though there were no cuts). Please see the pictures for a better understanding. I decided to have the surgery in order to remove grade 3 gynecomastia and tuberous breast, so a significant amount of fat and glandular tissue was removed by a combination of liposuction and direct excision.
