Sinus infection prior to surgery?

Asked By:Seaweedpie in UK

I have a sinus infection for over a month now. I have tried antibiotics, sinus rinse, over the counter drugs. Not sure what to do. It is not too bad, but my nose is very sensitive internally currently. I get this quite a lot. I have rhinoplasty in 3 weeks. Will this be ok?? Obviously will check in with my surgeon a week prior if it is still there.
