Your gummy smile appears to be from a long midface which can be repositioned surgically. I recommend consulting with an oral surgeon who specializes in orthognathic surgery.. the oral surgeon can come up with an appropriate plan. If you have surgery on your maxilla it may improve your breathing and affect the appearance of the nose. Some surgeons would perform rhinoplasty at the same time but I think the rhinoplasty should wait until you are healed from the jaw surgery.

I think it depends on how much effort you want to put into reshaping your face. With a somewhat long and recessed maxilla and a short mandible, orthognathic surgery (bimaxillary osteotomies) is a very viable possibility that would have a lot of benefits. Aside from such major facial bone surgery, the combination of a rhinoplasty, gummy smile surgery and chin augmentation (preferably by sliding genioplasty) would provide great external facial reshaping improvement.
