Nose and Jaw: I’m looking into maxillofacial surgery. What procedures do you think I need? (Photo)

Hello, Both my upper & lower jaw are recessed, my jaw feels very narrow as my teeth rest on my tongue, & my tongue feels crumpled in my mouth. I had braces but my front two teeth have now moved & I have quite a gummy smile. I have bad TMJ. My nose is quite wonky & quite big for my face, I’ve been diagnosed with alar collapse & I am a mouth breather. I am happy with my face from some angles, such as in the last photo but I almost feel like two different people. Many thanks
