Answer: Non-Surgical Chin Augmentation with Injectable Fillers -- Radiesse, Sculptra, Surgical Implants, See an Expert "A formal evaluation would be needed to determine what's best. Many of my patients try to avoid surgery, so we perform a non-surgical chin augmentation treatment with injectable fillers. Fillers like Radiesse, Voluma, BellaFill as well as Sculptra are injected into the area, improving the overall appearance of the lower face and balancing the jaw and lip harmony. We use cannula injections to meticulously contour and project the chin, soften the chin along the jawline and improve the chin crease. Implants are still a great option once you are 100% positive that you are ready for a permanent enhancement. I suggest getting a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert; our practice is located right here in Los Angeles. Best, Dr. Emer"

Answer: Chin augemntation Hi, thanks for your photos. Chin augmentation with filler is certainly an option to elongate your face and improve facial symmetry. The duration of the "effect" depends on the type filler that is used. For the chin and jawline, I'd recommend Voluma, Sculptra, or Restylane Lyft. Keep in mind that filler is temporary and if you like the results you may want to consider a custom chin implant, or perhaps start with an implant straight off the bat. Surgical chin augmentation will give you a long lasting result without the need for repeat injections. Find a board certified facial plastic surgeon in your area who has experience with both filler and chin implants and talk about your options! Hope that helps and good luck!

Answer: Chin filler V cheek filler Hi Emo, thank you for your question, elongating the face slightly with filler in the chin works really nice in a lot of cases, as it tends to reverse the triangle and create the youthful V shape that we aim for, looking at your face thou, I can see a little bit of flatness on the cheek area especially on the 45 degree angle which you can see in the last photo, so I would suggest a bit of a cheek filler around the mid face to improve the curvature of the cheeks also it will pull the skin upward which will improve the jowls then we can inject a little bit perhaps 0,5ml in the chin to pull the skin downwards, this double pulling upwards and downwards will improve the jewels and create the V Shape that you want, bear in mind thou that your lips are nice and plumped so you do not need to narrow the chin so much as it might not match your lips. I hope this helps Dr Sherif Wakil
