I have been looking on your site and I have the same problem. What surgery would be best? Can I still have it Altough I have a chin dimple?

If you have an existing malocclusion and are willing to go through orthodontics before and after surgery, then upper and lower jaw surgery would be very appropriate for our facial shape. If not then midface augmentation (paranasal-maxillary) combined with vertical chin reduction would help shorten your facial length and give it more forward projection.

Your issue is easily resolved by jaw surgery. You need to see a surgeon who does Orthognathic surgery and get a consultation.
