Six front crowns fitted, to big, long & bulky, they stick out & sit on my bottom lip, also push my lips out at the sides.(photo)

Hello there,I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your recent dental work. Your new bridges have definitely improved your smile, but they appear to be too bulky.  Your current dentist may be able to make minor adjustments, but for the best results, you might want to consider having your bridges redone.  I would recommend doing a little research online and finding a dentist with great before and after photos. I´m sorry to hear that your´re unhappy with the result, what i recommended you is to talk to your doctor about. If your crowns are cemented they migh can be redone, they really look bulky so with many adjustments you will be good, don´t be uncomplexed about this, it is just a little detail that your dentist will take care of. Good luck!

Thank you for posting your question.  I am sorry that you are unhappy with your Dental Work. When getting Cosmetic work it is extremely important to share your concerns before you get treatment.  Patients often are not specific enough in what they want.  Were you happy with the Temps?  OR were they bulky as well?  That is another point in which you can express your concnerns about what you like and don't like.  At this point if you are unhappy you would have to have it redone.  Find a Dentist that will hear your concerns and can help you correct all that you don't like.  Be very specific.  Sometimes there are limitations but an expert will let you know what the limitations are in advance of doing the treatment.  An Expert Cosmetic Dentist may be more costly but you will likley be happier with your result.  Find a Pankey dentist in your area.

If you are unhappy with the crowns, you should talk to your dentist about your cosmetic concerns. If the crowns are cemented with temporary cement, they can be taken off pretty easily and redone. Your dentist can make a temporary set of crowns to replicate the final desired look of the crowns. Once this is established, your dentist can send the dental lab molds and photos of the temporary crowns, so the lab can use that as a guide to fabricate your permanent crowns.
