Hi. I have a crown on a front tooth which has had an apistectomy done on it about 18 years ago. My dentist tells me the crown needs to be redone as the gum line has receeded but she is reluctant to do the work. I think there is little root left on the tooth. Can this be done safely ? Ie without my tooth being pulled?
