Thank you for your question and pictures. It's important to go back to your Surgeon to determine what caused the lumps. A revision could be the solution, but it's hard to be sure without a personal evaluation. 

If possible, schedule a follow-up with your PS for an evaluation. The fat necrosis needs to be removed first and then secondary fat grafting to improve overall contours can be performed. 

Dearly, apparently the fat was injected into bolus which prevented the blood supply for the whole fat graft. Consequently, there is an asymmetry of the fat thickness. Correcting requires careful aspiration of the lumps followed by an equalization of fat thickness with new multi layer, subcutaneous fat graft. Have a great and joyful 2019!
