Estrogen for hips and breast enlargement?

Hi, Thank you so much for taking out the time to read this. I have always been uncomfortable with my body, i'm athletic and I really need more feminine features. I was wondering if it was possible to get my hips/breasts enlarged using estrogen pills or injections? I don't want to go through surgery and I don't have the money to. Is it possible to use estrogen? what are the possible side effects? is it permanent or temporary? Thanks in advance for your response.
