Which would be better to strengthen the vaginal anterior wall Er:YAG (two wavelengths) or CO2 laser?
I have slight prolapse of anterior wall/stress incontinence. I will eventually get surgery to anatomically fix damaged supporting muscles/ligaments. Co2 vs er:yag (hybrid mode - ablative & non ablative wavelengths) I am not loose or dry so not concerned about tightening or atrophy. I want to STRENGTHEN the vaginal walls - particularly the anterior wall, to provide better bladder and urethra support. Is Er:yag (hybrid version) or co2 better for strengthening the walls?
