Dark spots/pores on stomach after laser hair removal - how to reduce them? (photos)

I have been getting laser hair removal for about 3 months now. I'm super hairy, I think maybe due to my ethnic background. I decided to get laser hair removal. I have been noticing that my pores are big on my stomach and I have a couple of dark spots. For any dermatalogists, I was wondering what is the best way to reduce whatever it is I have. Thank you.

Please know that it will take a series of treatments to get improvement. I typically have patients do laser hair removal every 4 weeks for the first 3 sessions and then every 4 to 6 weeks for the following 3 sessions. This schedule gives great results with hair removal.
