Love my new breasts! Feels like a new me and well deserved after giving birth and breastfeeding my two children. But I'm feeling sore and extremely tight with restrictive movement. Any help when this will subside? And when will my boobs drop and settle? Can I massage them from now? I'm on day 2. My consultant will see me in 7 days time to remove dressing, shall I wait until then? Thank you ladies [RS bleep]

It is impossible to say without an exam. Contact your surgeon and send photos to him/her. Hematoma usually causes significant swelling, pain and tightness usually on one side. You need an exam.

Thanks for your question.  Muscle relaxers are not necessary after breast augmentation, but they are commonly prescribed to help with pectoralis major muscle spasm pain, which can be experienced if the implant is placed under the muscle.  You definitely would not have to take them if...
