Blood clots or hematoma? I have sizable bruising under both implants near the scars . I went from a 36b 465cc to a 36DD (photo)

It is difficult to say if the bruising is normal or not. More details are needed. You also did not say when you had surgery.  You should review this with your surgeon or someone in your area to make sure everything is healing well.

To differentiate between bruise and hematoma, one should look for an increasing breast size, increasing breast firmness, and increasing pain. Soft supple breasts suggest a bruise which should abate within a few weeks. 
However, if concerned or unsure, I recommend evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon.

Your problem looks more like bruising than hematoma. If you had a hematoma you would be seeing one breast much larger than the other with much more pain. However, without seeing you in person you cannot tell for sure and you should be following up with your original surgeon. When you have surgery by a doctor who lives far away from you (medical tourism) the difficulty getting proper after care is a significant problem. 

It is impossible to say without an exam. Contact your surgeon and send photos to him/her. Hematoma usually causes significant swelling, pain and tightness usually on one side. You need an exam.
