Bump under skin after cheek filler. What could've caused it? (photo)

Question

I had cheek filler 4 weeks ago. The right side of my cheek looks right but there is a bump (shape is like a plum) on the left side. So my face is asymmetrical. What is the cause of this bump? I had 1ml Belotero Balance under the eyes.

Hello there! From what I can tell, you need more filler on both sides of the "bump" to transition the filler deposit in a more natural way. It is difficult to assess this from just a photo, but is definitely worth assessing. I would recommend following up with the injector that originally did your filler. The other option would be dissolving the filler in that area, but I do not think that would give as aesthetic of a result. Good luck!
