All 3 products are great, and in that area maybe Juvederm Volift may last longer, but Belotero Balance also last for 12 or more months. Which one s better depends on many factors, like how deep is the tear trough problem, the quality and color of the skin on that area, if there is also lack of volume on the premolar o submalar area. Sometimes a combination of them is necessary, placing Volift deeper and Belotero Soft more superficial. The chances of getting lumps are mostly related with the technique and the amount of filler injected. All of them can give you a natural result. The most important is to consult with a physician who has a lot of experience in the area and that can show you before and after examples of cases like yours.
These fillers (belotero, volbella, restylane silk) are good for under the eye, but keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer
I prefer Restylane Fine Lines or Belotero Soft or Balance, depending on the patient's needs. Any filler in the tear trough area can last for years. It is important to have treatment with an experienced physician injector to avoid complications in this area.
I prefer Restylane when treating the undereyes and I inject it using a blunt tip microcannula to minmize bruising, swelling and risk of vascular injury from the treatment. Alternatively, Belotero Balance could be used but do not think the results will last as long as or be as significant as with Restylane treatment.
Thank you for your question . There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will be the best long term. However, non invasive less downtime options such as fillers, lasers, (Plasma pen) microneedling/(RF/)PRP, cosmelan...
It's difficult to see from photos whether this is a shadow due to the over filled lips or pigmentation.Beletero balance is not a very bulky filler and it's difficult to see how you have got so much projection using this I would get the whole lot dissolved by an expert and start again carefully....
Belotero is usually a great filler especially for the lips. Was it Belotero Balance or Belotero Intense that was injected? I would return to the doctor who injected your lips in a week if you are still unhappy have them take it out. I hope this helps. Good luck!
