I don't know if I should bring in a photoshopped picture of myself or not, I want him to know my exact goals but I don't have the software to photoshop myself

Yes, you can still have a rhinoplasty. Inform your surgeon that you are MRSA positive. You will likely receive a specific antibiotic during and after surgery but MRSA pos patients can successfully undergo cosmetic surgery with low risk of infection. Good luck!
