If you have a big nose and ears, should you get both cosmetically fixed? (Photo)

Question

I've only ever really focused on my nose, but as I've been paying attention to my features. Getting my nose done would still leave me with big ears. Would it be best to balance out everything?

If the cosmetic appearance of your nose and your ears concerns you enough to do something about it, they can both be addressed during the same surgical setting. Most patients prefer undergoing one anesthesia and one
recovery period which is usually more cost effective.Combining cosmetic plastic surgery procedures is not uncommon. Whether
you are a reasonable candidate for those procedures depends on your anatomy,
your medical history, realistic expectations of the outcome and an
understanding of the pros and cons of the various proceduresKeep in mind that following
the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you
what to do without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your
desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and
cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would
suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic
Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic
Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss

An ear reduction is possible if that bothers you. Often an incision within the rim of the ear can reduce the height.

I don't find any objections to doing two surgeries together.But reducing the height of the nose symmetrically is trickier than pinning them back. I would decline the ear surgery. You are a perfectionist: reduction of the ear height is not that precise.
