Can you have BBL and breast augmentation at the same time?

In my practice it is very common to combine a breast augmentation with a Brazilian Butt Lift/augmentation.

I'll commonly do this and will generally have patients purchase an inflatable mattress with a hole cut out for their buttocks (an example is the Curve Cure mattress). This will allow them to rest postoperatively without traumatizing any of the operative sites.Hope this helps - Sam Jejurikar, MD
