Do I need the cell saver with BBL and BA procedures?

Question

I'm having a BBL and breast augmentation performed together. My coordinator suggested I get the cell saver with it. Not knowing any better, I agreed. But then I researched a bit and found some information that really scared me, like the potential for fat cells to be injected into the blood. Is this really worth getting? I haven't had the chance to ask my surgeon directly yet. Please advise. Thanks

These procedures can be safely done with minimal blood loss.  There is no need for a cell saver.

Advantages:
One treatment may be all you need to reshape problem areas

What liposuction can do?
Liposuction is not a treatment for obesity or a substitute for proper diet and exercise.
It is also not an effective treatment for cellulite—the dimpled skin that typically appears on the thighs, hips and buttocks—or loose saggy skin.
