Bacterial infection after BBL?

I'm sorry to hear about your infection. Infection occurs in about 2-3% of surgeries. With proper modern surgical sterility techniques in accredited facilities, occasional infections still occur as we live in a world filled with bacteria. Unless the surgeon worked in a non-accredited facility where sterility guidelines were not followed, one cannot hold the surgeon responsible.
Following a Brazilian butt lift, infection is difficult to eradicate as there is a certain amount of non-viable material which must drain out either naturally or with the help of multiple incision and drainage procedures. Local wound management is essential. Follow your surgeon's directions and maintain close followup care. It will heal. The amount of tissue lost through infection will determine if a secondary revision will become necessary.
