Was advised to let naturally shed before thinking about fue, now when considering have come across alot of clinics in turkey who advise I would be suitable but the reviews people complain of pluggy hair, issues to donor area, some have advised my donor area is not suitable, some advise I am norwood 7 or 6? my realistic expectation is to have front and vertex but so confused. Can anyone recomend what would be suitable in my scenario?
Answer: Hair transplant for norwood 6 You are norwood 6, you can get surgery, but you will need at least 2 sessions to have a complete result, at first we would be able to transplant for around 70% of your head, then 10 months after, we can do an other surgery for the rest of your head .We might also use BHT (body hair transplant) for your case

Answer: Donor harvesting with FUExcision technique Excellent question. First of all, I won't recommend any surgery at the moment because the surgery won't resolve you hair loss case. Hair transplant surgery may be part of an integral medical and surgical plan in the SHORT AND LONG TERM. It is critical and important a detailed evaluation of your case and scalp, it "looks like" male pattern of hair loss but many times is not a genetic hair loss. You are young patient with Class 6-7 of Norwood and we should very careful in our approach. If it is a genetic loss then you must need MEDICAL treatment to stable your hair loss. There are many clinics in the Black Market that offers: "cheap prices and unlimited grafts" and you should be very careful in your surgeon and clinic selection. More grafts don't mean better results, many times the donor area is overharvested with multiple puntiform and white scars. Also be aware that the technicians and NO the doctors perform the surgeries. You need to do your RESEARCH about the hair surgeon's credentials and his/her training and experience, the experience of the surgical Team and an approved clinic/hospital. I can see very important thinning in your donor area that will limit the donor area available. I will recommend before traveling to book a consult for a detail evaluation with a well trained and experience hair loss specialist in your area. Look for ISHRS doctors. Good luck.

Answer: FUE, DHI? You are a good candifdate for FUE operation and have good donor area . DHI is just a marketing gimmick. When you look at the web site of ISHRS (international society of hair restoration surgery ) you will see just 2 tech for HT: FUT and FUE..So , DHI , percutaneus tecnique, golden punch tecnique, ıce graft FUE tecnique, MICRO, sapphire blades etc are all FUE and there is no difference or superiority between each other. What makes difference on result of hair restoration is surgeon's experience level and accuracy of used FUE technique. When I look to your donor site, it has a limited area that we are not able to get enough number of follicles to cover all bald spot and restore preexisting hair. So I would like planning to perform at least 2 session of operation for you: İn first one restoring a frontal hairline that is propotional to your face and hair transplantation up to projection of ears. Rest of area (up to vertex or beyond vertex) that is remained untransplanted/bare in second operation would be restored least 6 months after first one.

The DHI is just technique of implantation related to the FUE. The surgeon will recommend and inform about the technique suitable for each patient. For your case, we recommend the FUE method with sapphire implantation technique.Your are norwood 6 ( advanced baldness). You will need 2 sessions: the first surgery the frontale and the midscalp will be covered with maximum density possible.
