Would you recommend another FUE/Smart graft? Would you give your patient a cost break if first procedure wasn't satisfactory?

i had recently posted about potential thickening of hair after FUE. It has been a year and I wanted to ask the doctors if they would recommend another FUE/SmartGraft and if they were doing this for a client would they reduce the cost since it isn't the result i was looking for? the procedure was around 1700 grafts and only on the crown and really only concerned about the crown.
