Hello, Thank you for your question. There will not be any problems and you should not have any concerns about getting PRP 10 days post-op. By this period the grafts will totally settled and utilized, and you will be on the shedding process already.
I usually prefer doing PRP either at the time of transplant or 15 days after the transplant to prevent any dislodging of hair follicles and to increase the yield of grafts.
There would be a concern about damaging the grafted follicles, though by ten days they should be pretty stable. Check with your surgeon for his/her personal preference.
You can have PRP after a hair transplant but I am not sure that there is any value to it. There have been no studies that show that it work to promote hair transplant growth
