When I smile, my lips seem to barley open. You can barley see my teeth and my Cupid's bow seems to drop down over my 2 front teeth. Even when my mouth is resting my lips seem crocked. Also, it seems as if my bottom lip almost tucks under the top one. I've tried so many tricks to change the shape of my mouth/lips but it never seems to work. I'm not sure if my bottom lip and the smile are the same problem or not but any suggestions would be appreciated!!

It would appear from the photos that you would profit from filler volumization of the lips, which can help not only to make them more harmonized and balanced in both frontal and profile views, with the chin and nose. In addition, volumizing filler in the mental crease, the depression between the lower lip and chin, will help not only to diminish the prominent shadowing in that region, but help to further enhance the projection of the lower lip. Take heart, in experienced hands, this can be accomplished easily in ten to fifteen minutes. Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician and ask to see his/her personal befores and afters before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.
