What type of breast augmentation would be best for me? Suggested going with 300cc high profile implants.

I have tubular breasts and my surgeon told me that going over the muscle would be the best solution, and that i don't need an areola reduction or a lift, only breast implants will fix them. I'm a little unsure about his decision, can my breast shape be fixed with only implants, no lift? He also suggested going with 300cc high profile implants, do they seem like a good size for my breasts and built?
