What type of breast augmentation would be best for me? Suggested going with 300cc high profile implants.

I have tubular breasts and my surgeon told me that going over the muscle would be the best solution, and that i don't need an areola reduction or a lift, only breast implants will fix them. I'm a little unsure about his decision, can my breast shape be fixed with only implants, no lift? He also suggested going with 300cc high profile implants, do they seem like a good size for my breasts and built?

Your breasts are widely separated and you have poor cleavage. Implants alone will not solve your problem. I recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

Typically some form of lifting procedure is needed with constricted breasts.  This will help improve the overall shape when combined with the implant.  A examination is needed to help determine the correct implant size and profile is recommended for you based on your desired surgical outcome.
