I am a male wanting to get breast implants. My concern was nipple placement. I received a lot of good information from my first question. My questions are, what is the best technique for placement of the implants so keep the nipple from pointing more laterally? and is there a name for the procedure to relocate the nipple so that I can research that option?

Answer: In breast augmentation surgeries, I typically place implants in the subfascial plane, which is applicable in your case.
It would take 3 months for implants to settle, in this period of time massaging would really help. So we would suggest you keep on with massaging. If it does not help after this period we would be happy to provide you a free consultation.
In my experience it is safe for patients to return to work, even vigorous work such as a firefighter, 6 weeks after surgery. Usually wounds are healed well and are strong enough to tolerate heavy exercise or heavy work at this point.
