Hello! I’ve been going back and forth between implants and fat transfer to the breasts. Attached is my wish pic. I was wondering if her breasts appeared natural or were implants. If the look I like is implants then I obviously wouldn’t want to waste the time getting a fat transfer. Thank you so much!!

Answer: Breast augmentation and fat transfer to the breast result in completely different appearances. Breast augmentation and fat transfer to the breast result in completely different appearances. Firstly, I recommend fat injection to the breast without an implant only for patients who already have a firm breast texture. Fat is used to add volume, not support. If breast tissue is not firm, the best way would be to go for a premium implant, as implant offers support as well as volume. I sometimes combine fat injection for the sternum area so that the implant looks more natural. If you are looking for large breasts, implant would be the best option, and depending on your anatomy, I may recommend combination with fat transfer.
