I am post surgery 9momths and I found my implants in a weird position. And not looking as natural. Can anyone tell me if they are capsules, or malposition? How can I fix it and how much it would cost? And I’ve always found my implants siting low but my surgeon insisted that it was okay. Can anyone tell me if they are too low or still in a okay position? Thx!
Answer: Is there something wrong? It appears that your implants may be bottoming out. This is not something that you can correct, but will need surgical intervention. It may be that smaller (lighter) implants could be helpful or adding bioabsorbable mesh support. See your surgeon for an evaluation.

Answer: Implants You are actually bottoming out some, more on one side than the other. Your breasts naturally do sit a little low on your chest, but the implants have also dropped down more than the natural fold. Do wear a good supporting bra. If you don't like this or it becomes worse, surgery is needed to correct this.

Answer: Implant position Dear Dorish, bottoming out occurs when the implant falls below the current breast crease or inframammary line. It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast surgery. Bottoming out can also occur if an implant is too large for the breast pocket. That is why it is important to choose an implant size that's correct for your body. I perform numerous measurements in the office to determine optimal implant size for my patient's bodies. If you are concerned, please check it with your plastic surgeon for reassurance and to further discuss your options and possibility of revision. Answer: Breast augmentation outcome I think there are two things noticeable on your picture. First is that your natural breast position is slightly low on your chest wall. On top of that your implants are also sitting low. We sometimes refer to this as implants boning out. Correcting bottom out implants is not always easier or straightforward and if you opted to have revision surgery for this, you should absolutely confirm that the provider has skill and experience and has done this multiple times in the past with high success rates. This could be done using internal sutures and sometimes the implant pocket needs to be reinforced with mesh or cadaver dermal product like alloderm Consider having a few in person, second opinion, consultations with other providers in your community. For second opinion, consultations patients should come prepared bringing with them and complete set of proper before and after pictures and preferably a copy of your upper report. These are all available from your current providers office if you request them. Implants that have bought out often continue to get worse with time because of gravitational pole and contract forces from the pectoral muscle, if the implants are placed under the muscle. Look for plastic surgeons, who have extensive experience working with breast implants. Sometimes plastic surgeons would do a lot of breast implant surgery. Sometimes plastic surgeons would do a lot of breast reconstruction Surgery are good at these type of procedures.

Answer: Lower fold Hello, according to the photograph you have an inframammary fold lower than another, which is why you would need a surgical procedure to place them at the corresponding level.
