Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Although your uterine hemorrhage was terrifying it would likely not have any impact or portend any issues with a tummy tuck procedure. Seek out in-person consultations where a full review of your medical history can be performed.

Fortunately the uterus is inside the abdominal cavity and during Tummy Tuck and even muscle repair, we never go inside the abdominal cavity so there is not related to our surgery.
Just be sure and have plenty of labwork to eliminate the possibility of bleeding issues (blood issues). If all of it, is ok, you won’t have any issues.
You will be a perfect candidate for a Tummy Tuck, muscle repair and mons lift.

I'm sorry to hear of the trauma that you've been through. You should be able to safely have a tummy tuck as long as you are generally healthy and your lab work is normal. The tummy tuck does not go into the abdominal cavity. Once you have reached your goal weight visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
