Bodytite, RF skin tightening, or is tummy tuck my only option?

Question

I am 36, mom to 5 kids. 2 vaginal and 3 c sections. My last was born 7 month ago. My question is I have lose skin, stretch marks, and a dreaded c section pooch. The pooch, i am sure, will go down and doesn't bother me too much. The loose skin does and wondered if any form of skin tightening would help or if my only option is a tummy tuck at this point? Thank you!

Unfortunately, skin tightening procedures are limited in results, even with multiple treatments spaced out over several months.

In my experience, your best option would be a full, traditional tummy tuck. This will best address lax skin and muscles resulting in a much flatter abdomen.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.

Based on the submitted photos you aren't a candidate for BodyTite or RF treatments.  You do however appear to be a great candidate for a tummy tuck.  This will remove excess fat and skin and correct abdominal wall laxity.  The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Hello; If there are many stretching marks on the abdominal skin, if there is sagging even; if there are no stretching marks, or if there is separation in the abdominal muscles, a tummy tuck is performed. No technology, is an alternative for tummy tuck. Laser, plasma or radiofrequency technologies are not working for patients who really need for an abdominoplasty.There are both cracks and sagging in your abdominal skin. After 5 births, probably there is separation between the abdominal muscles. Therefore, no treatment other than abdominoplasty, will improve your condition.

Do not do anything non invasive. I have seen  patients having done Morpheus or similar like treatments which are over hyped and over used by other practitioners/med spa to no avail for such issues .. a tummy tuck is your best option.. renuvion /J plasma will help tighten the skin and improve the abdomen but won’t give you the dramatic results a tummy tuck will
