Based on your photos, I would recommend Macroneedling (or collagen induction therapy), which is very effective in tightening the skin.

Unfortunately, when your skin was loose, too much fat was removed from the Banana fold area. Depending on the weight of your hips, folds have formed in the banana fold area with reduced fat. Unfortunately, it is not possible to correct this situation with sports and methods such as Renuvion J Plasma, Bodytite or Morpheus. Giving fat to the folded area also does not solve it.
