I have lipomas on my thighs, arms, abdomen, and shoulders. The lipomas in my shoulders and upper arms are the most painful, with extremely decreased mobility in my shoulders. I am post-menopausal, but the size of each fluctuates monthly like there is a hormonal connection. I have lost over 50 lbs. and my doctor says the lipomas are due to my weight loss. That doesn't make any sense based on my symptoms and since I have had these lipomas for several years. What specialist could help?
