I was told I have "pseudo" eyelid creases due to volume loss in my eyelids. I was born with monolids but a crease started forming on my eyes. I don't want to inject filler to make them monolids because I like the way double eyelids look better, but I want to know what type of eyelid crease is possible. Ideally, I would like a crease that shows more eyelid skin as I want makeup to be more visible. Is a parallel crease or tapered eyelid with more platform skin possible?

It is not rare to hear this from patients. The anatomy of the eyelid skin, fat, and levator can change over time. A very conservative DES (likely no fat removal and little to no skin removal) would prevent the skin just over your lashes from hanging over and causing the heavy feeling.
