I wanted to find a smaller clinic for a more personalised experience and found TS Surgery. Dr Yang Jong Phil was recommended so I researched a lot of his before and afters on Unni app and they were all very natural which is what I was looking for. I did an online consult through whatsapp before deciding. Yujin my consultant helped answer all my questions in English and helped me book the consult. I did my consult and surgery on the same day as I had limited time in Korea. Dr Yang was also able to speak English during the consult as he explained the surgery. The surgery was itself was successful I was asleep for half of it and the other half I had to be able to open my eyes so he could correct my ptosis. My eyes were quite swollen for the next week and I was told it could take a few months for the swelling to subside completely. It has been 1 month now and the swelling has reduced a lot. I really like the results. My eye bags are gone and I no longer have a triple eyelid which made me look very tired and old! I also got rejuran as part of my treatment while I was asleep and I look and feel young again. Updated on 20 Aug 2024: Loving the natural results unless I tell people they don't notice anything different. My dry eye has gone and it feels completely normal with minimal swelling after 3 months. Ptosis correction and incisional double eye lid with lower fat transposition was the best decision I could do for myself to look more awake and refreshed.

Prior to committing to a plastic surgery clinic in Korea, I had made several inquiries to several clinics. After a while it becomes really difficult to distinguish which clinic to choose, however TS Plastic Surgery stuck out to me the most as being experts especially in double eyelid surgery. They were so patient with all of my questions and concerns, and offered the most reasonable pricing. It seems that many of the other clinics in Gangnam will upcharge you if you’re not a local, but I don’t believe TS did which spoke to their ethical practices. The staff members at TS are also so kind, it helped me as I was feeling very anxious prior to the procedure. It’s been a month since my eyelid procedure with Dr. Jong Pil Yang and I am loving my results! Immediately after surgery, I wasn’t in any pain - just some pressure, slight swelling, and dry eyes. I was able to go to a restaurant to eat right after surgery. As the healing progressed, my left eye healed immediately with no swelling and slight bruising. My right eye remained slightly swollen for a few weeks with no bruising. The doctor did warn me that the healing process may make my eyes look uneven so it was expected, I was able to wear my glasses to people couldn’t tell. It’s new been a month now and my eyes have evened out and I have received so many compliments from those whom I’ve told about my eyes. What else I appreciated about TS was that they don’t push you to include other procedures such as opening the front slit or back slit of your eyes, adding in ptosis or anything. Most clinics I inquired with did try to do that, but again TS seemed to be the most honest and ethical while valuing natural results. Overall I am so happy with my current results and can’t wait to see the progress over the next couple months.
