Hello, I have surgical scars on both calves and performed fraxel on them around 7 years ago with good results, other than slight hypopigmentation. Recently a dermatologist recommended microneedling the scars and i have noticed the skin on the scars looking crepey and wrinkled. Is this normal? Will this go away after more sessions? I have noticed the skin seems to be rejuvenating but I do not like the crepey appearance to my scars.
