hEDS and liposuction - would I also need skin tightening? (Photos)

Hello, I’m 30 years old and considering VASER liposuction for my love handles and stomach area. I may have mild hypermobility symptoms (possible hEDS), which can affect skin elasticity. I have received mixed opinions from different surgeons. Some say liposuction would be possible, while others have mentioned that my skin is quite stretchy, which might affect the result. I don’t have a large amount of fat and I don’t have clearly visible loose skin. For reference, I am 5'7" (171 cm) and weigh 159 lbs (72 kg). Based on this information, do you think liposuction alone could work, or would a skin-tightening procedure such as BodyTite or J-Plasma be necessary? Or is it possible that a tummy tuck would be required to achieve a good result? Thank you.
