Does having skin necrosis after Tummy Tuck operation make swelling last longer? (photo)

I had tummy tuck surgery 10 weeks ago and had skin necrosis after the operation.I still have an open wound and still having wet to dry dressings at least 3 times a day?Does this complication makes the swelling last longer?I especially have swelling above the belly button.Thanks for the answers
