I have a short smile -it is curved altough ı don't have prominent dropping tubercle mucosal part at the mid is dropping when ı smile. my whole upper lip is short either. I am curious if the indicated structure was shaved I could lift my upper lip especially mid part more. I have no idea what other causes could be

Many times in rhinoplasty, the anterior nasal spine is "shaved" as the nose is shortened or altered.  This can increase the distance from the nose to the upper lip and create a more pleasing unit.  I recommend consulting with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who will accurately examine your nose, create a simulation that shows you what your nose could look like after surgery and develop a plan to achieve your goals.

In order to increase the apparent length of your lip, it may be possible to shave down the anterior nasal spine. The depressor muscle to the nasal tip can also be cut to reduce the appearance of a drooping tip when you smile. Seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Hi ,The are you are talking is called naso labial angle which is perfect in your case .It should be close to 130 degrees  for females or close to it.Its less in males by about 10-15 degrees..Its your upper lip that looks short in height.Under lying structure is called anterior nasal spine which if removed surgically will drop the lip to some extent giving it length but will make the angle more obtuse which may not look as goos as its now.The procedure is performed by rhinoplasty surgeons.I am not sure if this answers your question.
