Do I have a Chin implant Infection? If I wanna go for Sliding Genioplasty yrs later, removal & sliding can be in one surgery?

4 weeks ago,i had a surgery with medpor chin implant (submental).One week later,under the lips, it became reddish after the bath and sometimes itchy ( wings and bottom side is normal). My scar looks normal.No pus, swelling,pain, warmth.I took cipro for one week just for protection ( My Doc. said).And still same.its not clearly visible on photos.Is this infection or just skin problem?And if i wanna go for sliding genioplasty years later, removal and sliding can be in one surgery?
