I got a nose job 6 months ago and as you can see, too much cartilage was taken off from my dorsum a in order to build my tip that lacked cartilage. Now I have a tip that’s too projected and a bridge that doesn’t match the tip. Am I able to get a more harmonious and less curved nose? And will this require a rib graft? Is there any possibility of the tip becoming shorter throughout the healing process, or should I already be looking into revision?
