Hello, i was hoping to get a second opinion on my results. It’s been 5 weeks after TT with lipo to tummy, flanks and back. Im still swollen around waist esp. from back. I had a tiny circle of necrosis and 1 week ago at center of incision, my PS debrided it and now it has closed and has a brownish scab on it. Im worried about my hips they are indented- upper part is tight and lower at level of incision is softer. PS told me its because he pulled everything very tight. Will it even out? Thank you

At six months post op the changes that will still occur will be minimal. You can consider having an umbilicoplasty to improve the appearance of your belly button. There is no obvious signs of concern from your photos but an in person evaluation is best to determine if you could expect improved...
Thank you for your question. It is highly likely to have comportment syndrome after TT in good candidate. Sameway highly unlikely in Buttock fat injections. But fat embolism can happen in fat injections. Please consult with a board certified PS for evaluation.
Your surgeon is correct. Pleating will typically resolve and flatten over time. At three weeks post op you are still very early in your recovery. You can expect changes ahead as swelling resolves and healing continues. Generally by 3 to 6 months the pleating will settle.
