OK to Return to Work While Drains Still in After Tummy Tuck?

I had a tummy tuck 10 days ago and feel great. The doctor has not removed the drains yet. Is it ok to return to work while the drains are still in? I have a desk job and there is absolutely no lifing at my job. Thnanks
