I've had four children. I'm 5'5 and 130 lBs. I was curious if a tummy tuck is truly the only way to fix this loose skin. I'd like to try anything and everything before I do a major surgery

Answer: Tummy tuck Thank you for your question. The only way to fix the crepey skin above your belly button is a traditional abdominoplasty. This will restore your pre pregnancy body (which I assume was great!) in the best way possible.
