If you're talking about tightening the skin of the abdomen are buttock this is not compostable by exercise or any other treatment. Only excision of excess skin can solve this problem.

Dear Sadia, after 4 C-sections you may be a good candidate for a tummy tuck and/or liposuction.  First, be sure to watch your diet and exercise.  Also remember that plastic surgery is a luxury purchase - don't go without basic needs for the surgery.  Be sure that you see a doctor that is board certified in plastic surgery and that you are told the costs and risks before proceeding.  Best wishes.
