You appear to be an excellent candidate for a Mommy Makeover based on the photographs you submitted.  However, an in person exam and review of your history would determine if, in fact, you are medically ready for both the surgery and the recovery.The Mommy Makeover usually refers to four basic surgeries:1.  Tummy tuck with repair of separated abdominal muscles2.  Breast surgery, usually a breast lift with implants3.  Liposuction4.  LabiaplastyThe above four surgeries, or any combination of two or more, is usually referred to as a Mommy Makeover.  From your photographs, I believe you would do well with a breast lift with small implants, a tummy tuck with muscle repair, and liposuction of multiple areas.  Many women getting a Mommy Makeover elect to take the fat removed from unwanted areas and put it into their buttocks giving them a Brazilian butt lift.

Far more important than deciding if MM is for you is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let him explain why one technique may be better than another and if you need a tummy tuck. there is too much loose skin and sagging, following pregnancy, then a breast
lift is required. This procedure essentially removes excess skin to tighten and
lift the remaining skin and breast tissues. The incisions vary depending upon
the amount of skin to be removed. Some women benefit from a combination of
these two procedures called an “augmentation-mastopexy.” 

Generally speaking, a mommy makeover includes a breast augmentation with/without a lift and possibly a tummy tuck.  The breast surgery corrects the looseness, sagging, and loss of breast volume that occurs after pregnancy, and the tummy tuck corrects loose, stretched skin of the abdominal wall.  Your breast photos show stretching and sagging of your breasts, as well as loss of volume in the upper cleavage area.  My opinion is that a lift would be necessary to reshape  your breasts and correct the sagging, and an implant would be helpful to create more fullness in the cleavage area.  This combination surgery is frequently done and should create a nice improvement for you.

You appear to be a great candidate for a breast lift and a full tummy tuck. You might also consider breast implants if adding upper pole volume is an interest for you. The full tummy tuck will remove all of the skin and the stretch marks between your belly button and your pubic bone. Now, you just need to have a consultation with a good surgeon to make sure that you don't have any medical issues or others reasons why surgery would not be a good idea right now. 

From your photos you appear to be a good candidate for a mommy makeover.  A breast lift (mastopexy) could restore your breasts to their pre pregnancy shape and add volume.  Your abdomen can be contoured with a tummy tuck which will tighten the muscle layer that is stretched during pregnancy.  The tummy tuck can also excise the excess skin and stretch marks.  Consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a consultation and an exam.  He or she can advise you on which procedures can help you achieve the results you desire.

    The tummy tuck will produce a much flatter stomach and will remove the loose skin and some of the stretchmarks.   The breasts can be lifted and augmented if desired.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

From the photograph it looks as though you are an excellent candidate for a mommy makeover this would include a breast lift as well as an abdominoplasty. A sizable number of stretch marks would be eliminated from the lower abdomen.

From your photos, you look to be an excellent candidate for a mommy makeover. I would recommend a combination of a breast surgery, a tummy tuck and liposuction. It is best to see a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in these procedures and discuss your specific expectations.
