Hello! I really want to give my butt that round shape, but I don't want to go under the knife, do you recommend fillers or any other treatments that are safe? If yes, which ones? Thanks a lot!

Answer: Hip dips Dear beautifulola, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks and hips should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Hip Dips Hello, Thank you for your question and photo. There are a few options that are non-surgical and relatively safe. Sculptra is very popular and would need several vials and a few sessions for proper correction. Similarly, Hyperdilute Radiesse is another option to fill the hip dips with little downtime. Again, depending on you and your provider goals, this would take multiple syringes and a few sessions. PDO threads might also be a good treatment. Talk to your provider for a proper consultation to determine the best treatment plan for you. Sincerely, Sie Thomas, FNP-BC
