I had upper and lower jaw surgery with a sliding genioplasty in June 2018, to fix long face syndrome and open bite. It worked out well and I am very happy and absolutely love the result. I'm thinking about cheek and under eye filler, to add some volume to my face. My main concern are the plates and screws I have in my maxilla, mandible, and chin. Are fillers safe to have if there's plates and screws in place? Or, is it too risky? I am very afraid of infection or damage to the screws/plates.
